There are several ways to recycle or reuse shoes, including: 

Recycling centers: Some recycling centers have textile banks where you can recycle shoes. Try to keep shoes in pairs, either by tying laces together or using an elastic band. 

TerraCycle: A privately owned company that recycles and reuses a variety of items, including gently used shoes.
